Personal data of the users supplied to or otherwise collected by iS ASIA through the website is for the purpose of processing the application as the user initiated, including but not limited to the user's application to becoming a iS Clinical® Club Member of iS ASIA International Ltd via Internet. If a user wants to change or enquire about the data submitted by him/her to iS ASIA , please write to the Marketing Communications at iS ASIA by e-mail to info@isclinical.com.hk. When the user visits the web-site, iS ASIA may record his/her visit only and will not collect the user's PI unless otherwise stated. The website may derives the user's other information through some simple technical methods including data tracking software on what areas of the website the user visits most often which helps iS ASIA to present to the user with information and features he/she is most interested. iS ASIA may use the PI provided and demographic and profile data collected from the user from time to time to provide personalized content and services as well as to improve the design and services of the website. iS ASIA may use such information and data for marketing and promotion purposes on an aggregate basis without revealing the user's identity. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of his passwords and iS ASIA shall not be liable for any loss as a result of the user's voluntary disclosure of his/her password or his/her failure to secure his/her passwords.
